Portland Fermentation Festival 2024


Hi all you fermentation otakus out there!
We’re so excited to be at Portland Fermentation Festival @pdxfermentfest happening this Thursday, Oct 10th!
This year, we’ll be introducing ONION KOJI, which is the most popular modern koji seasoning in Japan right now. In fact, most Japanese customers who buy koji from us are making onion koji.
