OYATSUPAN BAKERS is a popular Japanese bakery providing artisanal bread and baked goods to the greater Beaverton / Portland area. Their fluffy breads (pan) would remind us of the ones we always ate while growing up in Japan.
We’ll have a booth there, along with your pre-ordered items and some extra stuff for walk-ins.
Our feature item is ONION KOJI. Try some samples and learn how to use the amazing seasoning!
