We're doing a pop-up at OYATSUPAN BAKERS in Beaverton again!

We had a wonderful time at our last pop-up there, on January 24th! Saw lotsa mutual JORINJI customers & Oyatsupan regulars joining in, and we were happy to hear them say, "Thank you for doing the pop-up in Beaverton! We've been waiting for you!"

OYATSUPAN BAKERS is a popular Japanese bakery providing artisanal bread and baked goods to the greater Beaverton / Portland area. Their fluffy breads (pan) would remind us of the ones we always ate while growing up in Japan.

We’ll have a booth there, along with your pre-ordered items and some extra stuff for walk-ins. You can try some samples including ones in collabo with Oyatsupan’s signature
