We're doing a pop-up at OYATSUPAN BAKERS in Beaverton again!

Hi local customers -- especially on the Westside of Portland! It’s been a while since our last pop-up at Oyatsupan in June. Actually we’ve been buuusy this summer!
We’re glad to get back to Oyatsupan, and it may be our final pop-up there in 2026. (don't worry, we'll be back next year!)

OYATSUPAN BAKERS is a popular Japanese bakery providing artisanal bread and baked goods to the greater Beaverton / Portland area. Their fluffy breads (pan) would remind us of the ones we always ate while growing up in Japan.

We’ll have a booth there, along with your pre-ordered items and some extra stuff for walk-ins.

Our feature item is ONION KOJI. Try some samples and learn how to use the amazing seasoning!
