Fuji to Hood 2026

Fuji to Hood is a biennial cross-Pacific festival celebrating the cultural ties, food, and craft beverages between Japan and Oregon. It takes place in Portland in even-numbered years and rotates to Tokyo, Japan in odd-numbered years. We’re finally participating in this special event as a vendor, and we will present some Japanese food featuring our MISO!

We’ll be selling some authentic Japanese summer meals. They’ll be what you really want on a hot summer-y day. And, of course, they’ll match perfectly with beer!

Our Menu
・︎ Hiyajiru — chilled miso soup with rice & aromatic toppings (V)
・︎ Miso Karaage — Japanese style fried chicken. miso flavored
・ Amazake — fermented sweet drink. single cup or 3 flavors flight (V)

We’ll also sell some of our other products like miso as well, but they'll be of limited items and quantities.
