Fuji to Hood 2026

Fuji to Hood is a biennial cross-Pacific festival celebrating the cultural ties, food, and craft beverages between Japan and Oregon. It takes place in Portland in even-numbered years and rotates to Tokyo, Japan in odd-numbered years. We’ll finally participate this special event as a vendor and will present some Japanese food cultures featured with our MISO!

We’ll sell some Japan’s authentic summer meal. They’ll be really what you want to eat in the hot day. And of course, they’ll be perfectly matched with beer!

・︎ “Hiyajiru" — chilled miso soup with rice & aromatic toppings*
・︎ Miso Karaage — Japanese style fried chicken. miso flavored
・ Amazake — fermented sweet drink. single cup or 3 flavors flight*

We’ll also sell our products like miso as well, but limited items and quantities.
