TSUKI is a Japanese owned Bingsu & Taiyaki cafe located in Southeast Portland.
The cafe is a popular community space for people who love Japanese culture.
They currently open in the afternoons, but that day we'll start our pop-up from 10am. Even though Tsuki's menu will be available from noon, you can enjoy some foods and drinks we'll be selling.
